We care about your shopping experience and want you to be happy with your purchase.
You can return most items, even if they were on sale, as long as:
- The return is made within 30 days of receiving your item, and

The item is in the same condition as when you received it, which means it is:
- Unworn or unused
- Tags attached
- In its original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item or its packaging is damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t meet the conditions above.
Final Sale Items
Sorry, these items are not eligible to be returned:
- Rope climbing safety equipment
- Including: harnesses, ropes, belay devices, helmets, carabiners, quickdraws, etc.
- Skin care products
- Chalk and grip sprays
- Clearance products
- Special orders
How to Return
Returns can be made:
- In-store: simply bring the item back with your original receipt, or

By mail:
- ship the item to: Lynx Gear Store, 32 South Unionville Ave Unit 1007, Markham, ON L3R 9S6

For all mail returns, please include a note inside the package stating that it is a return, and provide your original order number for reference.
After shipping, please email us at info@lynxgearstore.com with:
- Order number in the subject line
- Tracking number
- Reason for return
Once the package arrives, we will inspect the item and process your refund promptly.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase or as a gift card.
- We do not offer exchanges. Instead, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable
- Please use a trackable shipping method (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post Tracked) so your return stays secure
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the product or its packaging arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not meet return conditions.
