We care about your shopping experience and want you to be happy with your purchase.

You can return most items, even if they were on sale, as long as:

• The return is made within 30 days of receiving your item, and
• The item is in the same condition as when you received it, which means it is:
  
  • Unworn or unused
  • Tags attached
  • In its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item or its packaging is damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t meet the conditions above.

Final Sale Items

Sorry, these items are not eligible to be returned:

• Rope climbing safety equipment
  • Including: harnesses, ropes, belay devices, helmets, carabiners, quickdraws, etc.
• Skin care products
• Chalk and grip sprays
• Clearance products
• Special orders

How to Return

For now, you can make returns in-store with your original receipt.

Note that

• Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase or as a gift card.
• We do not offer exchanges. Instead, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.
