Instructions:

Turn your iron to its hottest cotton setting with the steam turned completely off. Place the garment on a hard surface, position the patch face-up, and cover it with a thin cloth. Firmly press the hot iron straight down for 30 to 45 seconds. Flip the garment inside-out and repeat on the back for 30 seconds.
